Biography
Tayli Hillyard was born and raised in Logan, Utah. She finished her undergraduate degree at Utah State University in Environmental Studies with a minor in LAEP. Immediately after her bachelor's, she decided to further her education by pursuing a master's in Environmental Planning. She met her husband while in her undergrad and they have been happily married since 2018. Tayli's educational interests include large-scale planning and design, GIS, and sustainability.
